Ordering Information

Please know that all of my work is one-of-a-kind, some-of-a-kind, or very limited editions; all work is hand-made from raw materials. I have no employees and all work is designed and fabricated, in Marietta GA, by only me.

I will tell you if the exact piece you are looking at is available, or if another can be created. Whenever a limited edition piece is created each may be slightly different to keep each piece unique. There may be slight differences in stones and embellishments.

If you are interested in placing an order please e-mail dana@danaruth.com to discuss your piece. If an item is in inventory it will be shipped out within 3 business days. Work that must be created will take longer depending on availability of materials and a quote will be given at the time the order is placed. Please let me know if you have a specific date in mind so that I can better plan production. I will do my best to work within your time-frame.

All items will be shipped once payment is cleared.


Payment

Dana Ruth Designs accepts MasterCard, VISA, and checks. Checks should be made payable to Dana Ruth Designs. Please note that items paid for by check will not ship until funds are cleared.


Return Information

I want you to love your piece. If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the piece within 10 business days in unused, undamaged, new, re-saleable condition. All work that is returned in any other condition will not be accepted.

Please be sure to include the reason for your return. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance on returned items.


Warranty/Repair

Dana Ruth Designs guarantees all work for the lifetime of the piece, through normal wear-and-tear. Other types of repairs will be handled on an individual basis.

All warranty/repair work requires a Return Authorization Number. Please e-mail
dana@danaruth.com to obtain return information. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance on the returned item. All returns should be shipped to:

Custom Work

Custom orders involve a major commitment of the jewelry artist's time and resources, which is the reason for the non-refundable 50% deposit on all custom commissioned orders. All custom work requires a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of your order. The balance is due before the finished piece will be shipped.

The final price of your custom order will be determined by the style and stones chosen for your custom jewelry designs.

Due to market fluctuations, prices of metal and other materials may change.

If you decide you want to make adjustments to your custom order during the time your piece is being created, the price of your piece will be adjusted accordingly.

If you have a budget you need to stay within, please let me know at the time of your inquiry. This will help me better decide appropriate materials to create your ideal piece.


Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. I want you to love your custom piece. If you are unhappy I will work with you to make sure that it is exactly what you envisioned.

Upon arrival, if a piece is not what you want please contact me immediately. If returned within 5 days, in perfect condition, I will work with you until you are happy.

I understand the need for your inventory to stay fresh. If you find that a piece stays on your shelf too long, call me and I will trade out for a different piece. You know your customer best and I look forward to working with you to find the pieces that are a great fit with your establishment and your customers.
